In this section you can find forms for submitting information for your event or your wedding video. You can also log in and
upload your photos & videos, find other files for inclusion into your Wedding Videos,
photo slideshows or wedding video credits .
Further down on the page you can leave a Deposit on-line using your Credit card or PayPal Account, But ONLY if you first speak to the Staff at Babylon Productions.
Uploading Files:
Once you login you will see an "Upload" Button above.
However to login you will need a username and password.

How to Register
On the left hand side there is a log in form where you can log-in after you have an account.
Beneath the log in area are links for you to REGISTER and if you lose your password you can get a new one.
You will need a password to access the file uploader and to post listings and things, This is to allow you to edit your own account details and also for us to monitor user actions for security purposes.

Information Forms:
Please
send these forms at least a week prior to your wedding or event. This
information is VITAL to the smooth operatin of our videographers,
Photographers, DJ's and Limo Drivers. All information is kept
confidential and used only for your event and then discarded. This
information is considered final and if ANYTHING should
change, it is your responsibility to alert Babylon wedding Productions
immediately and recieve either telephone or email verification of our
reciept of the information change.
This form is used by the disc Jockey to help him understand what you
need, when you need it. Included in the form is the information the DJ
needs to find your venue and get to your event on time, and what
special requests for music they need to accomodate. As well, they will
need the names of all the principal wedding party participants, like
your grandmother and parents names, to name a few. We expect our DJs
to be prepared as possible to help ensure a smooth wedding or other
event.
This form is a full
schedule of your Wedding photo and Wedding video shoots. from the early
day at the brides and grooms house before the ceremony, to during the
wedding ceremony itself, and on to the wedding reception.
In this form is the timing and location imformation for the brides and
grooms shoots, the church address, the photo shoot locations, the
reception and the timing for all those events.
Probably the best person to fill out this
form is the wedding planner, whoever that is. Getting the information
wrong on this form, or not alerting us of any changes could put your
schedule in jeapordy. We don't want that, and we know you don't either.
Wedding Limousine
schedules can get complicated and mistakes happen due to poor
communication, mainly when things change and the limo driver isunaware
of those changes. It is our earnest hope that we can use this form to
schedule your wedding linousine and
assist us and the limo driver to
make sure your wedding limousine is where it is supposed to be and when
it is supposed to be. So the limousine can be on time at your wedding
reception and the bride arrives at the wedding ceremony in her
limousine on time, please fill out the form after you have made the
arrangements as solid as possible. This form should be sent to us no
later than a week before the wedding or other event.
Once we have shot your wedding video
, we will edit it. An important part of the editing process is knowing
the names of all of the important people on the video to be identified.
These names generally appear at the beginning or end of the video and
are referred to as the "CREDITS".
The main things we want to
avoid are leaving someone out of the credits or spelling their names
wrong. This form is the official record of the wedding video credits
and we need you to fill it out as exactly as possible. Weddings are an
emotional time for all participants and we want to help you avoid
getting hurting someones feelings.
Before we use the names on this
form, we will send you a list to approve to give you a chance to
correct any final mistakes before the credits are commited to video.
Leaving a deposit for a Booking
Please speak to the Babylon staff BEFORE leaving a deposit.
We still need to check our availability.
Once We have a solid booking for you, the next step is to leave us a deposit.
You can do this by check, or credit card via the phone or online at Paypal.
To pay by check or money order, Make the check or Money order payable to :
Babylon Productions Wedding Center, and either deliver it to us by mail or courier, or drop it into our store location. CALL FIRST!
If you want to use your credit card,
you can pay online at the secure payment processing website of PayPal.
You can pay by credit card on the paypal
site oruse your PayPal account. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card.
When you speak to the staff at Babylon, they will tell you how much
deposit is required to book our services. When you are on the PayPal
site , locate the blank amount box, fill in the amount, then follow the
instructions on the site. Use the Button Below to pay with your credit card online.
DO NOT Pay a deposit until your package is booked by Babylon Staff
