Planning the wedding comes first. It is in this stage where the planners coordinate with the marrying couple. They speak about what the couple wants to see in their wedding. They draft a guest list and take notes about what are the preferences of each person. Then they move on to discussing the budget. As in any event, budget is an important coordination because it is the main vehicle for making the dream come true. The wedding planners, after having drawn a budget plan, then move on to contacting service providers that would supply the material and manpower needs. More often than not, the service providers that planners contact are those with whom they have already worked with and therefore trust the quality of the products.
In the implementation stage, the wedding actually takes place. The venue is decorated, the menu is created, and the reception is already set. The ceremony precedes everything else. After all, the matrimony is the most important and most basic part of the whole event. It is where the couple makes their vows to live happily together for the rest of their lives. After the ceremony, the reception gathering is set. This is when food is served and a usual program is followed, including traditional toasts and dances involving the couple. Wedding planners are more needed in the implementation stage of the wedding because they are the ones equipped with the right amount of information about what should and should not be happening at the event. |
